ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: SATURDAY, 18 APRIL, 2026

Healthcare professionals from the GCC and beyond are invited to submit abstracts for Oral and E-Poster presentations at the 3rd Annual Geriatric Medical Conference, taking place on 02–03 May 2026 at Crwone Plaza RDC Riyadh Hotels & Convention Center, KSA

Participants are encouraged to share original research and clinical insights across

a wide range of topics in general geriatric. Designed to showcase the next generation of oncology research, the Best Oral and Poster offer a high-profile platform for both emerging and established investigators to gain visibility and recognition.

SUBMISSION RULES:

Please read the submission rules before submitting your abstract:

- Only abstracts submitted via the online submission form will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review.

- Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted.

- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English.

- The Scientific Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.

- Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered and paid participants.​

- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

- Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. ​​

- Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the Saudi Geriatric Conference.

- Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 25 April 2026

- Display of E-posters: 02-03 May 2026
